The cruise line Seabourn (based in Miami, Florida), was founded in 1987 by a group of Norwegian investors, including industrialist Atle Brynestad, whose goal was to build the most luxurious 10,000 tons yacht ever. His first ultra-luxury vessel, The Seabourn Pride made its debut in November 1988, to be followed a year later by his brother, the Seabourn Spirit....
